1. Scope of Application

These terms govern all maintenance, repair, and facility management services provided by TruSolve Technical Services LLC through our website and online channels.

Contractual Precedence: For corporate clients, residential owners, and structured accounts, the specific terms, scope of work, SLAs, and financial conditions stated in your signed Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or approved Quotation shall override these general terms.

Before Service Mobilization

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are refundable (minus any payment gateway fees).

Within 24 Hours / Access Denied

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit, or failure to provide access upon arrival, may incur a standard call out or mobilization fee.

Completed Services

Refunds cannot be issued for services that have been fully completed.

Materials & Special Orders

Materials or equipment procured specifically for a client following quotation approval are non refundable once ordered.

Service Quality Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, you must notify us within 48 hours. TruSolve reserves the right to inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost before considering any partial refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
